Diego Delas (1983, Aranda de Duero) produces installations that revolve around knowledge-creating processes and inquire into the way that subjective memory is built. Working from the fragment, from piece, to the whole, Delas slowly weaves a micro cosmos, filled with tiny, small analogies that make up totems, cairns or markers in time and space, which are nothing but the trace of the original question, of pedagogy: of search. Everything is a desperate attempt to revive portions of a hidden history and, by means of projects, to incorporate it into an imaginary.
